Cut to boys exchanging looks and heading out the door.


- The bunker: Callum's garage due to the ideal set up of space inside, low roof, little lighting from a dying lamp and big heavy door. Close ups of small light produced by lamp and wide shot showing limited amount of space; This will emphasise the conditions the boys face.

• backstory: what do the boys look at / remember / flashbacks?

- The race to the bunker with the 3 boys: Camera movement using tilt pan perhaps merging into a guerilla (handheld) technique of 1 of the boy's POV, from a fast cut (creates tension and increases of impact of the scene).

- Initial film settings: A display of traditional London roads (busy transport, high rise buildings, overcast weather). Or, shots of the mansion and cuts to the children in the school tunnel with the old fashioned architechture and darkness reflecting daily London life.

- Destruction: Could be a last scene of the fast moving montage towards the end adding tension and questions. If able, getting a still shot of a ruined building alongside either a very quiet or loud soundtrack to give huge emphasis on the potential end of the children's childhood.

- Aftermath: Opening the heavy door of the bunker and white light shines strongly through as there is a tracking

Intertitles

Journey to bunker - Whilst handheld shots are displayed as POV and tracking shots following the kid in front, titles pop up showing actors and production team.

Soundtrack

• dialogue: slow background music when clips consist of running to the bunker to create an unusual contrast in the film, or deep bass music for exaggeration of tension.
